PRODUCT INFORMATION

• All material and information relating to products presented by Polo Indonesia is intended to be used for personal educational or informational purposes only.
• Product image as seen on the Polo Indonesia may slightly differ from the actual product that you receive. There may be a -/+ 6% difference in measurements depending on the development and manufacturing process. Actual colors may also vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display color thus we cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.
• Whilst we make the best efforts to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices which appear on Polo Indonesia are accurate, we do not warrant that the descriptions, colors, information, pricing, promotions or other content available on the website is accurate, current or free from error. Polo Indonesia may correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order.

PLACING ORDER

• If you want to buy our product you can choose and click Link Marketplace what you want. Polo Indonesia available in Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, and Tiktok Shop. If you don't want to buy on Marketplace you can also buy on WhatsApp. 
• We are sorry. For now, you can't make purchases directly through this website.

RETURN POLICY

• We do not accept returns or size exchanges if the product has been sent according to the order
• We do not allow exchange requests based on the color differences between the received physical product and product photo caused by lighting effects or computer screens.
• We do not allow exchange requests based on a wrong purchase or a change of mind after purchase. We strongly recommend you to review the shopping cart before completing an order.
• In the event the product returned is not faulty, we may at our discretion decide not to exchange or refund for the product.
• We do not accept complaints without video unboxing and Customer can't returns without video unboxing. (except : rejects on logo / production rejects)
• Complaints can be received within 48 hours after the package reaches its destination. Seller can has the right to refuse complaints made after 48 hours.
• Product must has no stains, broken seams, missing buttons, loosened threads or other conditions that deem the product to be defective or damaged.
• Do not accept product returns without a price tag
• When returning the product must be return with price tag and payment receipt.
